Publisher Support Specialist is responsible for providing services and support to our partners (publishers and networks all over the globe).
Your responsibilities will include:
Investigating a lot! (implementation of script, reasons for discrepancies, inventory/campaign performance issues, comparing data and set up on our platforms)
Becoming a Guru of our Platform and beyond for our Clients
Educating clients about the possibilities of our system
Coordinating processes and communication between internal parties
Helping to improve rapidly growing product stack for Publishers
Looking for the answers and solutions across various other systems (competitors and partners)
Main point of support for our clients around the world
We expect you are/you have:
Fluency in English
Problem solving attitude
Great communication skills
Understanding and interest in web-technologies, advertising
Positivism and enthusiasm to rock challenges with a smile on a face
