Working as a Creative Account Manager means that you become an expert in our Rich Media solutions. Using that expertise, you will be supporting our partners and clients in India and other markets acting as a first point of contact for any technical issues and present exciting banner formats. In liason with the Production Services team you should search for the best possible Rich Media solutions so they meet Clients needs and expectations.
Target largest Creative Agencies to deliver product education sessions
Support Creative Agencies and be first point of contact for their queries
Support the local sales and services teams on training, meetings and technical queries from clients
Carry out preliminary debugging of problematic ads
Compile clear case requests for our Production Services and Technical Support teams
Follow certification process when targeting new Publishers
Ensure all formats are certified by the Publisher before booking campaigns

Have strong creative and interaction skills
Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear way
Ability to present, explain and train clients
Possess knowledge of Ad Serving technology and reporting capabilities
Have Creative Agency or Ad Server work experience
Experience in working with Adobe CS, Fiddler/Tamper Bug
Self-motivated and result driven
Fluent in English language
