Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product manager to work with the team, which is responsible for building, customizing and integrating Business Support Systems (BSS): creating of new Billing platform, customizing of existing CRM, integrating of new and existing BSS systems (Navision, Salesforce, Doxis, Tableau, etc.).

What you'll do:

   - Act as an agent between the Product Director and the technology team
   - Clearly define Product Backlog items
   - Prioritize items in Product Backlog to best achieve short and long term Product goals
   - Ensure that Product Backlog is accessible, transparent, and clear to stakeholders, and shows what the Development Team will be working on next
   - Ensure that User Stories in Product Backlog provide the needed level of details for the Development Team’s work
   - Help identify and manage dependencies with other Products and Development Teams
   - Represent customer’s interest in the day to day sparring with the Development Team
   - Manage product development cycles starting when scope and epics are handed over by Product Director, continuing with definition and grooming of User Stories, verifying against acceptance criteria, preparing user documentation, and communicating technical releases
   - Continuously analyse the market situation and maintain product backlog according to the Product Roadmap
   - Act as a subject matter expert and participate in cross-team work (Development, Marketing, Sales, Client Services & Support, Product Management)
   - Establish direct customer relationships for capturing user feedback and input for User Stories
   - Be responsible for the customer experience and usability of the functional area

   - Solid experience in IT Product Management
   - Excellent problem-solving (“Can-do” approach) and analytical skills
   - Experience in working with data driven solutions
   - Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
   - Understanding of high quality product development process
   - Focus on results
   - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
