Quality Lead

We are looking for a Quality Lead which will work with Head of Quality to drive and improve quality across Adform.

As a Quality Lead, you will:

  • Find ways to increase quality in Adform
  • Set best practices and guidelines of various types of tests
  • Run workshops to introduce and master engineering teams of best practices
  • Support IT and Development in ensuring quality
  • Own concept of development and testing environments: working rules and processes
  • Lead global load tests
  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy
  • Provide visibility and reporting on Key Quality Metrics across the company (set your own Metrics as well)
  • Own concept and support testing tools like Selenium Grid
  • Contribute to Quality Guild

We believe that you:

  • Experienced software quality engineer with the deep understanding of how QA role fits within Agile software development process
  • Experienced in using different testing techniques, approaches and types
  • Experienced in both manual and automatic testing
  • Experienced in creating testing documentation
  • Self-organized, attentive to details, proactive, curious and creative
  • Good at verbal and written English
  • Familiar with Chaos Engineering

It is beneficial if you have experience working with:

  • Digital intelligence platform NewRelic
  • Powerful API testing suite Postman
  • Web service testing tool SoapUI
  • Software testing framework Selenium
  • Jmeter, wrk/wrk2 or Tsung load testing tools
