Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with the team, which is responsible for building, customizing and integrating Business Support Systems (BSS): creating of new Billing platform, customizing of existing CRM, integrating of new and existing BSS systems (Navision, Salesforce, Doxis, Tableau, etc.).

What you'll do:

  • Collect requirements from Product Owner and/or Product Director and/or other business people by interviewing them, with all necessary details, clarify and ask questions
  • Proactively manage scope creep with product owner and business stakeholders and lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives
  • Organize requirements in a logical and structured way so that everything could be understood equally by all stakeholders (via diagrams, mockups, schemas, etc.)
  • Pass detailed specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details, help them to break into tasks, understand tech details to a level that is needed to talk with them
  • Be the source of information about the parts of the product you are responsible for
  • Write release notes, requirement specifications according to standard templates, help, answer RFPs, update Confluence pages and prepare other documentation needed

Skill description:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an analytical role in an IT or business environment especially managing Product Backlog items, optimizing the value of the work performed by the Development Team, representing customer’s interest
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in standard and Agile business analysis techniques
  • Experience in applying and adopting business analysis technics into different complexity projects 
  • Good UML and BPMN knowledge and modelling experience
  • Knowledge and work experience at least of one of the modelling systems
