An exciting opportunity to join Adform, the world’s leading independent full-stack advertising company in this global leadership role as VP Commercial Operations. The role oversees Sales Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing and Cost Control for the business. The role reports to the COO and will work closely with Sales, Services and Finance leaders to implement and oversee governance structures for the commercial organization. This includes, but is not limited to, implementation of business support systems and CRM, management of pipeline and forecasting, overseeing Adform’s pricing strategy, implementing workflow and process enhancements and acting as cost controller for the business. This role must align closely to the commercial strategy of the business and assist with performance management of the organization by the executive team.
− Ensuring proper administration of commercial support systems, in particular ensuring adoption and maintenance of Adform’s CRM (Salesforce) by the global Sales and Services teams
− Working closely with Development teams to ensure appropriate implementation and integration of CRM (Salesforce), reporting systems (Tableau) and Ticketing systems (Wrike/Kayako)
− Continually review and enhance the workflow and processes surrounding Adform’s commercial processes across sales, service and support
− Work closely with leaders across the sales and services organizations to ensure streamlined and profitable commercial operations as the company scales globally
− Manage a small team of project managers able to assist with transformative projects within Adform’s commercial organization
− Development of management KPIs for corporate and commercial leadership teams
− Building and distributing performance dashboards & reports
− Bridging the Finance and Commercial teams, including assisting in the attainment of company budget by distributing and tracking sales targets
− Building robust business cases for investment and assisting the commercial leadership team in proposing expansion efforts
− Working closely with CFO and Finance Director to track costs and ensure close P&L management by departmental heads
− Building a proper understanding of ‘cost to serve’ concept in the organization and ensuring pricing reflects this
− Development and maintenance of global rate cards
− Managing pricing of special/package deals for Tier 1 clients
− Monitoring and analyzing existing price deals, tracking exceptions and providing support to commercial leadership team
